A financial services business is seeking a Head of Fiduciary to be responsible for monitoring delivery of Fiduciary services to ensure that a consistent and quality level is maintained. Also required is direct client and prospect interaction to provide goals-based wealth plan consulting services to high-income/net worth individuals and families.
The role holder will collaborate with Lead Relationship Managers and other client service team members to integrate client service delivery. They will contribute thought leadership in wealth planning and mentoring of other partners.
The desirable candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of Fiduciary and Guernsey regulatory environment, have an understanding of the wealth, Investment, fiduciary and trust business, have previous legal and accounting experience and have the ability to communicate complex ideas top-down and ask targeted questions to arrive at solutions.
