Fund Officer

Do you have 2-4 years’ experience in the Funds/PE industry? Are you seeking a 3-month contract? Our client a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services is seeking a Fund Officer to assist in the administration of one or more Fund structures.

Main responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Company voluntary strike-offs and liquidations
• Onboarding of Investors including undertaking full CDD and AML reviews
• Managing bank and brokerage accounts which include large investment transactions
• International correspondence with sophisticated investors, lawyers, brokers, bankers
• Company investment/cash reporting

Applicants must hold an Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration, or the STEP or ICSA qualification or be working towards competing these exams. Experience of Viewpoint would be an advantage too, but not essential.
