Fund Accountant

Are you a qualified accountant? A private equity firm is seeking a fund accountant to provide maternity cover for 12 months. You would be responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records for both corporate entities and limited partnerships related to those structures and performing a first review of work performed by other fund accountants on similar structures.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preparing financial statements of the general partner entities 
• Preparing quarterly reporting of the general partner entities 
• Undertaking quarterly capital account statements for limited partners 
• Preparing Capital Adequacy calculations for the licensed general partner entities 
• Preparing various regulatory and tax submissions

Ideally, you need to be ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent with private equity or fund experience and with knowledge of the UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice. If this sounds like a great opportunity, get in touch to register today!
