Fund Administrator/Senior Fund Administrator

An opportunity exists within our clients Fund Services team for a Fund Administrator/ Senior Administrator to join their growing team to support them through their growth phase.

Key areas of work could be described as a combination of; client management, company secretarial services, funds oversight, new business take on, making routine announcements, performing file reviews, making payments and distributions, dealing with investor enquiries, collecting due diligence and other general administrative client tasks etc.

The post-holder is expected to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment ideally in a company secretarial role or private equity fund administration environment. It would be an advantage for the candidate to be ICSA qualified, or similar, but this is not essential.
