Front and Client Support Specialist

Are you a self-driven and motivated person, with a "can do" attitude? Our client has an exciting and unique position, offering the potential candidate an opportunity to deepen their experience in Front Support Services which includes, Account Management, Client On-boarding, and Account Management. 

As Front Support Services Team Member you will be expected to pro-actively develop strong relationships with the Relationship Managers, identify service enhancement opportunities, and help implement changes, whilst providing a high level of service. 

Key Duties:

  • Account opening, Management, Client Onboarding
  • Reviewing and identifying source of Funds
  • Understanding KYC and the documentation requirements for Trust and Companies (FATCA, AEI)

Key Criteria:

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with trade and foreign exchange
  • Previous account onboarding and KYC Analysis 
  • Ideally a Level 4 professional financial qualification
