Financial Reporting Accountant

Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to be responsible for the financial statements of entities administered by the company in a timely, efficient and accurate manner adhering to the highest standards.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the dividend exercise with clients and other departments, as well as coordinating the audits, preparing and reviewing of accounts, and assisting with audit queries.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Accounting standards (IFRS / UK GAAP)
• Knowledge of Company Law
• Experience preparing accounts
• Funds/financial services experience
• Good IT skills – Excel to Intermediate level
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Time Management and organisational skills
• Qualified/Part Qualified as an Accountant (ACCA or ACA)
