Finance Manager

Do you have experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and managed accounts? An independently owned investment services group is seeking a Finance Manager to work and manage their small team.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing Financial Statements and quarterly accounts.
• Preparing UK and Guernsey Tax returns.
• Managing Audits.
• Supporting the team with training and managing deadlines.
• Responsibility for technical support.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, preferably with 5+ years post qualification. A good understanding and experience of company secretarial duties is also needed, along with liaising with directors and senior management on corporate governance matters.
