Finance Manager

Are you a dedicated and highly professional individual? Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to supervise and lead the finance team to provide an efficient service to the firm, by displaying a high level of technical knowledge and managerial expertise.  

Responsibilities:

• Implementing work review processes and procedures.
• Planning resources, schedule work, monitoring progress against schedules, to avoid potential incidents.
• Delegating effectively to the team, whilst maintaining full management control. 
• Managing the budgetary framework and with full accountability, and responsibility for the finance function to achieve the business goals.
• Mentoring and coaching to junior members of staff.
• Reviewing the team's workload regularly to ensure that backlogs do not occur.

The desirable candidate will hold an ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent or have relevant experience in a senior finance role, have in-depth accounting and technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.
