Are you organised? A financial and business support provider is seeking a Fiduciary Services Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining client records 
  • Collecting and maintaining Customer Due Diligence
  • Preparing statutory filings on the Guernsey Registry
  • Processing client transactions
  • Assisting with opening bank accounts
  • Drafting board minutes for clients

Ideally, you will be hold or be studying towards a relevant qualification, along with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role. Alternatively, you could be an exceptional trainee, who has great potential, or someone looking to transfer their skills.  Strong communication and analytical skills are required, along with excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
