Fiduciary Specialist

The Fiduciary Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of trust, foundation and company mandates in relation to in-house fiduciary structures. They will be  an effective team member of the cross-border operations team including participating in group projects.

Key duties:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of trust/foundation/company mandates in relation to in-house fiduciary structures.
  • Structure set-up, working closely with internal and external specialists.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and service innovations.
  • Analysis of cases, consideration of commercial risk (fiduciary). Analysis/management of new business involving high commercial (fiduciary) risk, using technical knowledge and exercising judgement.
  • Perform the timely completion of transaction monitoring, investment reviews, annual reviews & preparation of financial statements.
  • Be a “B” authorised signatory for the company.

The desirable candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience of trust and company administration practices, have excellent communication skills and be an enthusiastic self-starter with a reputation for seeking innovative approaches to problem solving.

Applicants must be STEP qualified or partially qualified and ideally have 5-7 years’ trust experience.
