Fiduciary Officer

Our client is seeking a Fiduciary Officer to join their team, to be responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of clients, both international and local, involving a wide variety of duties.

 The role may involve responsibility for assisting in the supervision of trainees/junior administrators and assisting in the training of trainee administrators within the fiduciary department.

Duties will include:

  • Administration of a complex portfolio of trusts (discretionary, remuneration, pension, reserved powers), Companies, PCC cells, QNUPS, International Pension Plans etc
  • Assisting other members of the fiduciary team with heavy workloads
  • Responding to clients/intermediaries within an acceptable timeframe
  • Providing a good, accurate and professional service to clients and intermediaries
  • Liaising with investment brokers, bankers, property managers, bond issuers etc
  • Compliance with Anti Money Laundering and other Regulatory obligations including collation and upkeep of Client Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Preparing trustee/corporate resolutions/minutes
  • Acting as signatory upon successful completion of probation period

The desirable candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a Trust and Company administration role preferably, have good inter-personal and organisational skills and have good level of understanding of AML legislation and its application to a fiduciary client base. They will also hold a professional qualification (eg: STEP) or be qualified by experience.
