Key responsibilities
- Developing key relationships with business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of skills required for roles
- Sourcing and hiring candidates for senior roles and critical vacancies or, roles with a very specific skill set
- Researching and developing recruitment leads
- Carrying out targeted candidate searches
- Screening, interviewing, supporting and onboarding candidates
- Undertaking or supporting training when required
- Obtaining work permits/visas to onboard candidates across the channel islands
- Providing advice to candidates on Housing and Employment Permit requirements
- Supervising junior team members
- Ensuring policies and procedures are fit for purpose
You will have experience of a similar role with an understanding of executive recruitment. In addition, strong negotiation and communication skills are required. Experience with applicant tracking systems would be useful. If this sounds a great opportunity, contact our team to register today!
