Documentation Controller

Are you a solid team player with good communication skills? A premier financial services business is looking to recruit a Documentation Controller to join their small team, to meet regulatory requirements and to ensure high levels of client documentation are met.

Key Duties:

• Monitoring completeness of a new account documentation
• Monitoring and reporting outstanding documentation to Senior Management
• Acting as Secretary to the New Business Committee
• Performing a qualitive review of documentation for new clients and intermediaries 
• Ensuring that client profiles are updated, and annual reviews are prepared by Relationship Officers 
• Control and review of static data including client records
• Assisting with drafting of Procedures Manual where required
• Client verification against World Check and other databases 

Support will be offered in relation to attaining an ICA qualification, however the ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering rules/FATCA and have relevant professional qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience within AML/Account opening environment. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
