Director, Funds

A global provider of fund management services is seeking a Director to act as a key member of the Guernsey Senior Management Team and as a Director on client company structures.  You will be responsible for the provision of high-quality client services to a varied portfolio of PE and RE structures.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and strategic management of the product offering and contributing to the leadership of the team
• Establishing, building, and managing strong relationships and handling new business enquiries and the implementation of new structures
• Working with the senior management team on the development and leadership of the teams including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Contributing to ensuring the business meets financial targets 

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICG, ACCA, ACA or equivalent, and will have sufficient experience in a similar role to perform at this level, ideally with a particular focus on regulated funds and acting on client entity boards.
