Customer Services Manager

A growing commercial company is looking to recruit a confident Customer Services Manager to join their client orientated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact and attracting new clients, offering maintenance services and managing new business requests.

Some other duties include; meeting customers regularly and developing relationships as well as dealing professionally with customer complaints in a sensitive and empathetic manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
  • Sound written and oral communication skills.
  • Clear numerate, IT literate and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Commercial acumen is essential. 
  • A management and administrative background and 2 - 3 years of customer service experience would be ideal.
