Are you experienced in customer service and enjoy variety? A commercial business out of town is seeking a Customer Services Advisor who will provide support to their Guernsey retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Providing day to day management of administration for the Guernsey retail team, ensuring a high-performance customer orientated environment
- Acting as the main point of contact for billing enquiries, working with internal teams to feedback issues in the billing system
- Resolving customer complaints and handling difficult customers who come into the store
- Ensuring all retail orders and HP agreements are processed correctly
- Reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Working closely with other Managers to eradicate problem areas
