An egaming business is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join their customer services team.
Key duties include:
- Dealing with customer queries via email and Facebook
- Being the first point of contact for any website issues
- Conducting Customer Due Diligence
- Carrying out customer verification in accordance with internal processes
Key requirements and skills:
- Proactive and self-motivated – can effectively take initiative.
- Confident with effective communication skills
- Experience in speaking to customer via email.
- Easy and engaging to speak with
- Well organised and prepared with a high attention to detail.
Working hours are 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30 -6pm. The job role requires the candidate to work 1 in 3 weekends.
