Customer Relations Executive

An egaming business is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join their customer services team. 

Key duties include:

  • Dealing with customer queries via email and Facebook
  • Being the first point of contact for any website issues
  • Conducting Customer Due Diligence
  • Carrying out customer verification in accordance with internal processes

Key requirements and skills:

  • Proactive and self-motivated – can effectively take initiative.
  • Confident with effective communication skills
  • Experience in speaking to customer via email.
  • Easy and engaging to speak with
  • Well organised and prepared with a high attention to detail.

Working hours are 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30 -6pm. The job role requires the candidate to work 1 in 3 weekends.
