Customer Care Manager

Duties include:

• Supporting the commercial manager to fulfil company objectives.
• Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and communications.
• Day-to-day management of the office departmental budgets.
• Managing and executing the quote, order, and invoice procedures.
• Carrying out any purchasing responsibility.
• Liaising with the production assistant to ensure an efficient despatch process.
