Customer Services Representative

A commercial company is looking to recruit a Customer Services Representative to report directly to the Customer Services Manager. 

Key duties:

  • Ensure the accurate entry of all data on to company systems
  • Deliver effective customer service in a polite and professional manner to retain and develop existing customer base.                 
  • Build relationships with other departments and clients 
  • Ensure incoming calls are answered in a timely manner and outbound activities conducted in a friendly, professional manner
  • Being fully aware of activity to ensure delivery of required results, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures and legislative requirements      
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are compliant with current legislation and internal processes/standards.     
  • To understand the products and services available to the Customer.         

The desirable candidate will have strong IT skills, have a good knowledge of Excel and CODAS and have account management skills. They will also have excellent negotiation, Interpersonal and listening skills and good attention to detail.
