A global wealth management organisation is seeking a Customer Service Senior Administrator, to interact with their customers via email and on the telephone, ensuring that their customers are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed.
The role holder will provide help and guidance on a range of company products and funds to business introducers, plan holders and the Regional Offices, ensuring that courteous, comprehensive and effective responses are provided. They will also perform initial AML / Client due diligence reviews on transactional documentation, to ensure transaction documentation meets AML / CDD standards, and to ensure that further communication / requirements are communicated clearly to the client.
Applicants must have 5 years+ experience in a customer focussed operational environment within the financial services sector, hold a minimum of A level standard with proficiency in English and Maths, have intermediate computer skills with well-established capabilities in Word & Excel. They must also have experience of directing/mentoring other staff and working in a team environment and previous AML / CDD experience is necessary.
