A commercial company is looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator, to carry out the scheduling and administration associated with Facilities Management business unit in Guernsey working closely with the Operations Manager and the PPM Contracts Administrators.
The role holder will ensure that all systems associated with customers are kept up to date so that engineers’ hours are correctly reported on in terms of finances and payroll and are adequate for the customer’s needs. They will also act as a conduit between the customer and the engineering teams and to provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and Technical and Reactive Manager.
The desirable candidate will hold a Customer Service qualification, have a basic Book Keeping knowledge / or Accountancy qualification, have a minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, have excellent customer service skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must also have a strong attention to detail is a must and ability to read and interpret engineer reports when received.
