Customer and Business Support Administrator

A large commercial business out of town is seeking a temporary Customer and Business Support Administrator for a 6 month period, to support the Customer and Business Support team to enhance the customer experience for both internal and external customers. 

The focus will be to provide administrative support to the business; and, to provide administrative services to support internal business processes, including maintenance of internal and external correspondence, co-ordinating meetings, distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing post, and other duties as may be required. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook 
  • Good analytical skills and ability to report updates and information to teams 
  • Positive focus on the importance of delivering a good customer experience and customer services • Confident and professional telephone manner 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in System input duties 
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills 
  • A strong attitude to confidentiality
