Our client is looking for a Cross Unit Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing e-mail and telephone calls arranging client access to eBanking. The chosen candidate will chase outstanding documentation from RM and be responsible for Account Closing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good Telephone/Written manner
- Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other departments within Guernsey / RM Locations.
- 5 years banking experience - back and front office
- Microsoft Office skills ie Outlook, Word & Excel, Host, ACT, myCRM, On Demand, Host, OTMS, Market Map
