Crewing Administrator

Are you organised with excellent communication skills? Our client is looking for a Crewing Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employment and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports and records
  • Maintaining crew records and vessel data
  • Drafting and finalising crew employment contracts
  • Liaising with internal departments 
  • Ensuring that all seafarers comply with the specified criteria  set out by the Flag State and STCW 
  • Arranging payments to crew via payroll software and on-line banking

Good IT skills are necessary with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages . The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of payroll software and theoretical and practical knowledge of the international and national seafarer certification regulations. However full training can be provided for suitable candidates who can demonstrate excellent administrative office experience, especially of working with a small portfolio of clients.  If this sounds interesting register today!
