Credit Control Administrator

Our client is looking to employ a Credit Control Administrator, who will provide credit control and administrative support to the finance function of the Business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing payments via telephone and email and issuing reminder letters for unpaid client invoices as well as creating and maintaining accurate and concise records. 

The desired candidate will possess the following:

  • 1-3 years' credit control experience
  • Experience of dealing with high volume of customers
  • Experience in a similar role within a Finance or Legal office environment 
  • The ability to preserve a high degree of confidentiality 
  • Well organised, attention to detail and meticulous approach to work 
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative 
  • A positive, pro-active, and confident person
