Credit Control Administrator

Our client is looking to employ a positive and proactive Credit Control Administrator, who will provide credit control and administrative support to the finance function of the Business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring bank accounts for receipts, reconciling and inputting transactions, including processing automated reminders for unpaid client invoices. This goes along with liaising with service providers, banks, law firms, and Partners and providing reports when required. 

The desired candidate will possess the following:

  • 3+ years accounts receivable experience
  • Experience of dealing with a high volume of customers
  • Experience in a similar role within a Finance or Legal office environment 
  • The ability to preserve a high degree of confidentiality 
  • Well organised, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to your work 
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
