A financial services company is looking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Executive to undertake the following duties:
- Attend regular Client Director and Shareholder Meetings to record the minutes and distribute them in line with agreed client timeframes.
- Ensure all matters arising from Board Meetings are appropriately allocated
- Maintenance of statutory Corporate Registers as required including issue/cancellation of share certificates etc
- Preparation and submission of filings at the Guernsey Registry, including director changes, incorporation and dissolution of companies etc.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to attend meetings and draft accurate minutes in a timely manner and to foster relationships at all levels. A high level of computer literacy, strong time management skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
