Responsibilities include:
- Understanding, including being a key contributor to, the design and development of the strategic direction of the applications in scope and owning the technical roadmap.
- Running workshops, influencing stakeholders, documenting business requirements, and modelling processes, to ensure direction is defined and understood.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing day to day relationships with the UK payments team and external suppliers, including attending regular service meetings
- Managing the core banking and payments budget and working on future budget planning and remaining within agreed budgets.
