Consulting Senior Associate

Do you have experience in project planning? Are you seeking a change of direction? A leading professional services firm is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate. This is a new, exciting and varied role in their People and Organisational Advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering as part of team end to end transformational programmes 
• Assisting in the development of strategies and taking a role in managing their delivery
• Assisting in conducting interviews and workshops 
• Undertaking analysis of data to help understand client challenges and opportunities 
• Recognising implementation challenges with projects and ensuring these are raised early with the project lead

Experience in at least one of these areas is needed: strategy or strategic planning, project or programme management, organisational transformation, finance or business operations or business development. In addition, the ability to develop strong working relationships  and to be proficient with key workplace technologies is needed.
