Consultant Depositary Operations

Do you have a proven track record with 5+ years' of experience within the financial services industry? Do you currently hold, or are working towards a financial services qualification? If so, you could be the perfect candidate to take on this new role. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and oversight support to a variety of fund structures, legal entities, and alternative investment vehicles.
• Reviewing alternative investments and look-through requirements.
• Responsibility for the oversight of outsourced locations, and fund delegates, reviewing due diligence questionnaires, and performing due diligence visits.
• Overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly checks, for depositary functions.
• Trust oversight and operational co-ordination.
