The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the GFSC regulations, anti-money laundering (essential) and investment management (desirable), have previous experience of acting as MLRO, MLCO, or Compliance Officer. This role requires technical, analytical, problem solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and converse with all levels across the organisation.
