Compliance Officer

Do you have a thorough understanding of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulations applicable to investment management? Do you have experience in providing regulatory advice or conducting Compliance monitoring? If you are answering yes, then you could be the perfect candidate for this role! 

Responsibilities:

• Providing an integrated approach to managing risks to ensure a consistent approach is in line with regulatory requirements. 
• Providing a periodic review of existing frameworks. 
• Undertaking compliance monitoring and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Programme. 
• Attending committees, working groups, and project meetings. 
• Promoting a culture of compliance with internal policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
