Compliance Officer

An innovative and professional Guernsey based trust and corporate service provider is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer. 

The role entails assisting the Compliance team and reports to the Compliance Manager.

All duties, which should be carried out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner include, but are not restricted to those listed below:

• New client take-on – review of CDD/ take on documents and preparation of files.
• Ongoing review of CDD about client transactions.
• Assisting in maintenance and review of DD to current handbook standards including updating in accordance with client changing circumstances.
• Assisting with completion of Periodic Reviews as required.
• Supporting the Compliance team in all tasks as required.

The desirable candidate will have previous compliance experience and have a working knowledge of FATCA/CRS.
