Compliance Manager, MLCO & MLRO

Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team and take on the role of MLRO & MLCO. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the development, implementation and oversight of effective AML/CFT policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards.

The successful candidate will be able to provide strong leadership and technical advice on all AML/CFT matters, advising and supporting the business in fulfilling its obligations. You will be the primary point of contact with respect of all regulatory matters including preparing and delivering MLRO and MLCO reports, plus presentation of quarterly reports to the local boards of directors. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ Audit, Risk, Legal and/or Compliance experience.
• A thorough knowledge of the local regulatory legislation and requirements.
• A relevant professional compliance qualification, such as ICA certificate/diploma in AML/ Governance Risk and Compliance.
• A methodical approach with strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret and summarise complex information.
