Compliance Consultant

Are you able to identify and resolve problems? Do you have previous experience in a compliance, risk assessment or audit environment? Our client a well-known financial services company is seeking a Compliance Consultant to join and contribute to their compliance testing team.

You will be responsible for risk-based, validation to determine regulatory compliance through the testing program. Provide independent reviews and identifying issues and the causes by analysing, seeking solutions, and communicating your findings.

Skills required:

• Ability to deal effectively with multiple competing deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Guernsey and/or EU regulations and key regulatory developments would be an advantage
• Analytical ability to identify and understand problems as well as to provide effective solutions
• Stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior management and the business
