The key responsibilities include new client onboarding, collation of client due diligence, statutory record-keeping and maintenance, regulatory filings, submissions, and client exits.
A detailed understanding of fiduciary services businesses and the regulatory framework is essential and previous compliance experience would be preferable, as will strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
