Compliance Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as a Compliance Administrator, to assist the Compliance Team with the on boarding and review process of new and existing clients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory requirements and internal Policies and Procedures. Key duties:

  • On-boarding of new clients;
  • Periodic review of client files
  • Trigger event reviews
  • Review of sanction screening results
  • Monitor system alerts
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations and special projects
  • Assist with the monthly and quarterly Management Committee and Board meetings: Collation of papers; preparation of board packs; oversight of meetings timetables; attendance at meetings and recording of minutes; electronic and paper filing

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years relevant industry experience in a similar role, i.e client reviews, CDD and onboarding. Compliance experience and qualifications are preferred but not essential.
