Compliance Consultant

As part of a small and rapidly growing business, the successful candidate will be responsible  for managing and reviewing the work completed by team members and for covering a number of regulated positions for a portfolio of clients.  The key characteristics of this role are that it involves reviewing the work of team members and leading relationship management with clients.  

The incumbent will:

  • Acts as MLRO, MLCO, CO and NO for a designated portfolio of clients 
  • Negotiation of fee agreements and service levels with clients
  • Review the completed compliance monitoring programme for each client, identifying remediation where required and finalising the plans for the year ahead
  • Review board reports produced by the team
  • Management of GFSC visits and any remediation plans required 

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role, have strong IT skills, good communications skills both verbal and written, be STEP or ICSA qualified and ideally have good pension knowledge.
