Compliance Administrator

Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for a variety of compliance and regulatory analysis administration tasks and responsibilities, including data entry, file review and analysis in relation to client structures.

The successful candidate will encourage staff to comply with regulations and standards and provide advice and guidance on what is required to comply, what constitutes good practice within a regulated environment, and how this is translated into operational areas.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 5 GCSE qualifications (Grade C or above) including English and Mathematics
  • Hold or be studying towards a professional qualification in Compliance
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working in a fiduciary compliance role
  • Have pensions or Trust & Company Administration experience (desirable)
  • Have a good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and e-mail system
  • Have knowledge of regulatory requirements
