Compliance Administrator

Our client is looking for someone with 2-3 years’ experience as a Compliance Administrator, to join their team. The duties of this role relate to assisting with the operation and development of the compliance function for regulated and non-regulated business within the Group and may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supporting the MLRO and MLCO in fulfilling their duties
  • Contributing to the management of our insurance clients including preparation and review of compliance monitoring reports
  • Preparing procedures and compliance manuals and business risk assessments
  • Undertaking compliance and AML reviews and preparing reports for our regulated and non regulated companies
  • Assisting in preparing statutory returns to the regulators
  • Assisting in the day to day activities of a compliance team

The desirable candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, have a good working knowledge of AML regulation and have good literacy skills and is able to provide evidence of accuracy. Compliance/AML qualification or professional body accreditation is desirable.
