A growing financial business is seeking a Company Secretary & Corporate Governance to coordinate the operation of board and committee meetings for the business.
The role holder will be responsible for convening and servicing board and executive committee meetings, filing information with the Registrar of Companies, undertaking periodic corporate governance reviews and supporting the provision of information to auditors, regulators and other relevant third parties.
Applicants for this role must have a good level of skill in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), have a high level of organisational and prioritisation skills and hold an ICSA/STEP or similar professional qualification (or be qualified by industry experience).
