Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Company Secretarial team. As Company Secretary you will be responsible for the performance of the Corporate Secretarial team for the successful service delivery to their clients.
The successful candidate will be client focused and be required to undertake varied company secretarial administrative duties and activities for a client portfolio including, assisting more junior members of staff, preparing board packs, attending and minute taking client board meetings, which may involve some travel. Maintaining and updating statutory records and monitoring of regulatory and listing requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous experience working as a company secretary within the financial services sector who is able to demonstrate proven administrative and organisational skills, with an excellent level of attention to detail, as well as technical competence.
