Our client is seeking a Company Secretarial Officer to report directly to the Company Secretarial Manager. The role is varied and includes the day to day Company administration of an allocated client base, support and workflow guidance to junior members of the team and regular liaison with Client Managers.
The role requires an individual who is proficient in the preparation and accurate recording of board minutes and has a firm understanding of the statutory requirements of board meetings and related Company Secretarial tasks. The post holder will also be required to meet with and advise clients along with junior members of the Company Secretarial team.
The role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial services Company Secretarial position who ideally holds an ICSA qualification, but someone with experience in minute taking and writing ability would be suitable.
