Client Services Representative

Do you have a customer focused approach? Our Client is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team.

Key responsibilities

• Liaising with customers via email, phone, and video conference 
• Maintaining service standards and adhering to deadlines
• Taking responsibility and ensuring resolution of customer enquiries from start to finish 
• Performing initial AML/Client due diligence reviews on documentation and ensuring that further requirements are communicated clearly to the Client
• Providing help and guidance on a range of company products

Experience in a customer focused environment  along with intermediate skills in Word and Excel is required. In addition, the ability to work as part of a team is needed along with the ability to work under time pressure. If this sounds interesting, get in touch to register today!
