Client Services Administrator

Do you have experience in compliance/risk reviews? Then maybe this is the perfect role for you? An independent investment management company seeks a client services administrator to conduct risk reviews of their existing clients.

Key responsibilities for this role:

• Conduct Risk Reviews for clients
• Undertake KYC administration for existing clients in conjunction with Risk Reviews
• Undertake KYC for new clients, to include on-boarding processes, background checks and due diligence searches
• Run the annual GDPR Compliance process 
• Run process for deletion/archiving of files 
• Run quarter-end reports to identify closed accounts
• Prepare payment checklists in relation to payment requests received

The required candidate will have the the ability to follow procedures and processes diligently, have experience of working within a regulated financial services company and have knowledge of KYC and CDD processes.
