Client Service Administrator

A large accountancy firm is seeking a Client Service Administrator to work alongside a team to ensure engagement deadlines are met in a timely fashion by assisting on key client projects. 

This role will include administrative procedures within the team, including Financial Management, Data Quality & Project Management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Client Service team in the execution of the project deliverables 
  • Assist in the management of projects to ensure deadlines are met 
  • File set up and access administration under instruction 
  • Assist with the confirmation management and response monitoring 
  • Assist with team independence management and monitoring 
  • Assist in the management of the client billing programme, including preparation of budgets, raising and issuance of fees and cash collection 
  • Maintenance of client records 

The desirable candidate must have excellent communication skills as the role requires contact with a wide variety of people internally and externally at a varying degree of seniority, good IT skills including financial systems and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
