Client Solutions Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking an ICSA, STEP qualified individual to join their Corporate Services team as a Client Solutions Delivery Manager, to be responsible for numerous revenue-generating client services which have been centralised into a team of specialists who service the whole Guernsey business.

These services include (but are not limited to) company secretarial work, client onboarding, fiduciary investment reviews, periodic file reviews, maintenance and updating of client databases. 

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the Client Solutions Delivery Manager will provide leadership, management and control for the day to day activities of the Client Solutions Delivery Team. This includes overseeing the delivery of client work, coaching staff and ensuring the effective use of resources, in accordance with the relevant Client Services Agreements and the various laws and regulations pertaining to the Group’s Guernsey regulatory licences. 

The desirable candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

  • Evidence relevant experience in regulated finance or professional services, with the most recent post being at Assistant Manager/Manager level;
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound organisation skills and supervisory experience
  • Must be able to present clear and concise information to a broad audience;
  • Solid understanding of the business and markets applicable to the business;
  • Demonstrable IT technical skills
  • Professional Qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or qualified by experience
  • Drive personal development using all the resources available.
