Client Service Delivery Manager

The Client Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships for Global Fund Services clients.  The relationship manager utilises knowledge of Global Fund Services products and services to provide clients with information and suggestions to add value to the relationship.  

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manages client relationships for Global Fund Services
  • Ensures overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of service team, co-ordinating resources to end-delivery and issue resolution, and effectively communicates client concerns / needs to partners
  • Cross sells company’s products and services and participates in development of solutions to meet client needs, co-ordinates presentations, brings in experts where necessary, ensures smooth delivery of new services and communicates emerging needs
  • Attends client Board meetings where necessary
  • Manages debtor profile, facilitates the timely issuance of accurate invoices

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial servicing preferably in trust or asset servicing, have client relationship experience and track record of managing key clients is essential and have a knowledge of trust or asset management usually acquired through related work experience in managing client relationships
