An international business is seeking a Client Reporting Manager to be responsible for the preparation and review of a portfolio of fund financial statements and ad-hoc reporting.
The Client Reporting Manager will support the Fund Administration Team with the timely delivery of high-quality financial statements in line with statutory requirements and generally accepted accounting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP). This will include the preparation of annual audited financial statements and interim unaudited financial statements.
The role holder will also be responsible for the production of periodic management accounts for entities under administration. This will include basic financial modelling and financial forecasting. They will also be responsible for co-ordinating and filing periodic tax information (such as CRS/FATCA/AEOI) with the appropriate authorities in Guernsey and liaising with specialists within the business.
Applicants must have 10 years' PQE (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA), have a strong knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment, including funds regulations, have experience in fund administration/accounting and a working knowledge and understanding of relevant statutory requirements, UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS.
