Client Relationship and Fiduciary Manager

A high-quality fund and fiduciary service provider is recruiting for a Client Relationship and Fiduciary Manager, to report and work closely with the Head of Client Services. The role holder will fulfil a client relationship role having overall responsibility for the day-to-day oversight and administration of the company’s corporate and fiduciary client relationships.

In conjunction with the Head of Client Services, the Client Relationship and Fiduciary Manager will ensure that targets are met and ensuring Service Level Agreements, where appropriate, are put in place and adhered to. Manage and assist with the development of system processes and implement procedural changes necessary for continued growth of the department enhancing operating efficiencies.

The desirable candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated sound knowledge and experience working in the corporate and fiduciary industry
  • Strategic thinker with sound knowledge and experience and excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Delivery focused problem solver, with planning, organisation, administration skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the finance industry
  • A desire to work to towards or working toward a relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA
