Claims Administrator

Are you organised and have good communication skills? A leading provider of wealth services is seeking a Claims Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients 
  • Providing excellent customer service to both clients and brokers 
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in internal departments and  multiple jurisdictions 
  • Ensuring all process controls and policies and procedures are adhered too, to ensure high standards are met and maintained
  • Requesting medical information  or arranging medical examinations
  • Approving and paying invoices on a weekly basis 

For this role, you need previous experience in an office environment and a relevant business degree, or equivalent. In addition, excellent IT skills (particularly Word and Excel) are required, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
